It sounds to me like you do not really want to move on. It's like you are afraid of letting them go and starting a life of your own. Is easy to get stuck in that place where you feel like if you move on, you must not love them as much as you should, and that is totally not true. How much you love is not measured by how long you grieve. You were the greatest thing in their lives and I am sure all they have ever wanted was for you to be happy and healthy and livingAdvanced care directives a great life. The greatest honor you can give them is by doing so.
