CREMASTERIC STRAIN WITH SPASM

Dear doctor,for 3 or 4 years i have been having this pain always on my left side very very near or inside my left testicle my urologist had me taken all kinds of tests,x rays , ultrasound , mri and all were negatives my urologist said there is no cyst or cancer which is good.he told i have CREMASTERIC STRAIN WITH SPASM he gave me pain pills but he has no answer why i get this pain 4 - 5 times  a week i asked if any operation or anything surgical could be done and he said NO.last week i went to another urologist for a second opinion and i brought all the tests with me and i told my urologist told me i have this CREMASTERIC STRAIN WITH SPASMAND I COULD NOT BELIEVE HE TOLD HE NEVER HEARD OF CREMASTERIC STRAIN WITH SPASM. HE CHECKED MY TESTICLE AND MY PROSTATE and he said i don't know what to tell you except take the aleve and tylenol # 3 with codine.doctor i want to tell you that i get this pain if i am sitting ,standing, exercise and i wear a supporter. it drives me crazy i get deprssed, insane please i need and AN ANSWER WHY I GET THIS PAIN and what is CREMASTERIC STRAIN AND WHAT  COULD BE DONE NOT TO GET THIS PAIN, PLEASE DON'T TELL ME TO GO SEE ANOTHE DOCTOR I SAW 3 ALREADY 2 UROLIST AND MY FAMILY DOCTOR. PLEASE , PLEASE GIVE ME ANSATISFACTORY AND HONEST ANSWER , I WILL DO ANYTHING

You have had a comprehensive evaluation for your symptoms - including several consults and significant imaging of the area.  Many of the more common diseases can be ruled out.

An inguinal hernia can sometimes cause referred pain to the area - but likely would have been ruled out with the imaging studies.  You can consider a referral to a surgeon to evaluate this.  

Otherwise, if the tests continue to be negative, a referral to a pain management clinic can help with a regimen to manage the pain.

A referral to a major academic medical center can be considered for another opinion.

These options can be discussed with your personal physician.

Followup with your personal physician is essential.
