I'm not sure what the question is - but from the subject, I assume you are asking about the safety of a suprapubic tube.
In general, they are pretty safe. The fact that is is more permanent means that you will not have to straight cath or change indwelling foley catheters.
Some studies have shown a decrease in infections using the suprapubic catheter.
Complications still can include infection or leakage around the catheter site.
You can discuss this option with your personal urologist to see if this is the best option for you.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
