penis problem

i am a 59 year old male.have had two turps.my problem is i sleep good till i wake up around two or three a.m always wake up with a stiff penis.i get up and walk it down and drain my bladder,go back to bed as soon as i dose off it wakes me up again with a stiff penis.i get up ,walk it down,go back to bed dose off wake up with stiff penis.this continues eight to ten times a night.it is a sexual horny problem i can hump the cover and get a orgasum in thirty seconds.it still wont stay down,comes up as soon as i drift off to sleep.cannot get any sleep and is causing depresson.seen three urology doctors and they cant seem to help me.this is a very serious problem and i need some help with this. would appreicate any suggtions at this point.

Tough to give any more information if you've already seen three urologists.  



You may want to be evaluated for any anatomical causes of priapism, including both venous and arterial causes.  A blood count and coagulation studies can be considered to evaluate for any bleeding disorders or leukemia that can uncommonly lead to this symptom.



Imaging studies such as an ultrasound or even an arteriogram can be considered to look at the vasculature.



These options can be considered with your personal physician.



Followup with your personal physician is essential.
