Question Title: The new Viagar pillForum: The Urology Forum

I have taken the pill twice, the first time i took 50mg and waited an hour like i have heard, but nothing happend. So the next time i took it i took 100mg and waited over and hour, and of course a lot of stimulating things, but again nothing, so my question is does the drug need to be in your system a long period of time, or is it suppose to work right away. ------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear Angelo, Thanks for your question. You have done all of the "right things" but you have not had a positive result. This medication does not sound to be effective for you. Waiting longer will not hurt but probably will not help. This medication does not work for all impotence patients. I would suggest that you return to your urologist and evaluate other alternatives. Good luck with what is a very treatable condition.
