I am currently 30 years of age. Usually, I masturbate on the average about three times a week. Just recently, I noticed that my penis has been feeling looser than normal. For example, whenever I become aroused, my penis immediately bends completely to the left. I am still able to masturbate but I am no longer able to have an erection that lies in a vertical position unless I manually move it. Can you advise me as to whether I have PD, and if so does it cure itself by time? = Dear Ceelo Thanks for your questions. As you can imagine it is very difficult for us to make a diagnosis over the internet without examining you. The cause of Peyronie's disease is unknown. You will require a doctor’s visit ( Urologist). A Polaroid picture of the penis in the erect state with help with diagnosis. PD resolves in up to 50%. Surgical correction is not recommended unless you or your partner have pain or you are unable to have erections. Medications and injections have minimal success.
