Question Title: Mystery Urethra PainForum: The Urology Forum

Hello. I am male, 22, never been sexually active. I have had pain in the urethra (in the front half) for at least three years, progressively getting worse. Sometimes it stings, itches, feels bruised, burns, etc. there is a specific spot that feels almost like a cut. Often I have generalized aching in the area. Sometimes it spasms and often it is hard to pee. I have a curve and two lumps. It is worse after ejaculation. These are my ONLY symptoms (but they are very uncomfortable). I have been throught the entire workup. No infection has shown up. I have had two scopes showing no abnormalities. I was orignially diagnosed with peyronies, but I went to a specialist and he said that it is not Pyronies (the lumps are not in the muscle). He told me to try heat fro a month and a half, but it isn't working. Clearing my doctors are running out of ideas. Do have any other ideas on what this could be? Or maybe another test that can find out? What are teh chances that this is cancer?
