Last Halloween (4 months ago)I went home with a girl from a visit to my hometown and she performed oral sex on me and we had unprotected sex. I later found out she is very promiscuous. The following Friday, I attended a work party and went home with another girl that I didn't even know. Something that I'm not proud of. 24 and I still haven't learned my lesson. I did wear protection that time but performed unprotected oral sex on her. I later found out after talking with her that she was on her period. Anyway, the following morning with my encounter with the second girl, I began to feel a tingling sensation in the tip of my penis as well as througout the rest of my penis and groin area. The next day the serious pain started and although I've never had a groin injury, that's what it felt like. Throughout the next week the pain worsened and felt like a heavy pulling in my inner thighs that seemed like it was also pulling in my testicles. I also started having muscle spasm in my thighs, legs, groin, and butt. I thought at first that I may have injured myself during sex, but my doctor tested me for chlamidia and gonnorhea. Both came back negative. A day after that visit, I started having a burning and itching in my groin area. There were small pus filled bumps on the shaft of my penis that seemed to be at the base of hairs. My doctor saw the bumps and ordered a herpes and syphilis test(both neg.)and sent me to the dermatologist the following day. By then the bumps were gone but there was still an ithching and burning. I also started to have the same sensation on my upper lip and inside my nose. The dermatologist didn't see anything, possibly because my mustache was hiding it. I also showed him the tip of my penis because it has developed a light-colored sometimes almost perfect ring. He says it's just pigments, but it was never like that before. The burning and itching went away, but I began to develop a terrible smell that I have never smelled before and still lasts to this day. My face becomes greasy and sweaty, mostly on my forehead, nose, and upper lip and has that putrid smell. Sometimes it seems worse when I'm working outside. The smell also stays on used towels and clothing so bad that I have to bag them up after use. I also started having a decreased flow when urinating with dribbling and pain in my urethra afterwords. Long story short, I just finished my third antibiotic (Moxyfloxicin 400mg/3wks)after being diagnosed with prostatitis stemming from staf coagulase negative in my prostate which was found in my third digital rectal exam. Not pleasant. The pain has lessened, but as soon as I stopped taking the antibiotic, it's back (heavy ache in inner thighs, pelvis, muscle spasms) I was never given an answer on the cause of the weaping smell an in the meantime a friend who was at my house just after this began started to have the same smell. I've been terrified that it's something infectious. I would really appreciate any insight whatsoever.

There are times when chronic prostatitis requires an extended course of antibiotics (sometimes 4 to 12 weeks). I would consider obtaining some of the prostatic fluid for analysis and culture to ensure it is sensitive to the antibiotics you were on.
If the symptoms continue, you may want to consider imaging studies to ensure there is not a prostatic abscess. If this is present, antibiotics won't help. A transrectal ultrasound would be the first step to evaluate this. You can discuss this possibility with your urologist.
Followup with your personal physician is essential.
