headache and thyroid

Yes I have this constant agonizing pressure in my skull that is relieved somewhat by putting pressure directly on my thyroid.    Also, if i lay on my stomach on the bed, and put my chin over the edge of the bed and gently "stretch" my neck out I also have 99% relief from all symptoms.    What is going on?   I have an MRI of the brain and cervicle spine which is negative except for mild upper-mid neural foramen spondylosis and moderate spondylosis in 1 spot.         What is going on  please help me find the right doctor and possible dianosis,   thank you!

I don't think this is directly related to thyroid but the relief with positional change suggests some sort of spinal process - would get a second opinion from a spine specialist.  If still concerned about thyroid you could ask for a thyroid ultrasound to make sure it is structurally normal.
