is there any heard about regain sensitivty of glans? prefer viagra or cialis?

hi,
i am 33 years old..i have ED problem when using condom..there is not erection problem in oral sex also.but i dont feel anything while using condom. it think glans of penis had loose the shiny and sensetivity..
is there any way to heal and regain sensitivity of glans?
i am using viagra 50mg (25 mg. is not effective). i didnt try cialis? do u prefer cialis? has it same effects and results? any advantage to use cialis?
but i think if i can heal the glans i dont need to use such a pills.
