Hey there!  I seem to be answering everyone's questions today, I must be feeling better.  Well, ol nurse nancy here seems to think you are low on potassium perhaps, eat more bananas!  Drink some Gatorade.  I know I have gotten some awful leg crampy feelings, not a genuine charlie horse but a drawing sensation.  The ibuprofen/ and or/codeine helped me.  Maybe your half hour workout on the treadmill is getting too much for you.  Let your doc know, and keep checkin back here for other's answers, it seems on Sundays they arent popping in as much as they do Mon-Fri.  Best to you Jim!  OHC

Some cramping is a 'normal'side effect of tx but, if it gets really bad, tell your doc.  Ir could be a potassium deficiency.  I'm a long time hairdresser and know that if my diet gets screwy, I get leg cramps.  Bananas and oranges have lots of potassium

My doc suggested Quionine for muscle cramps.  The most convenient and cheapest way to get it is in little bottles of tonic or quionine water.  Nice change from plain water, and it worked very well for me.
