Jaundice Baby

by CJB, Jul 25, 2001 12:00AM
My 26 year old son was born jaundiced, had a high bilirubin and had to stay in the hospital a few days under lights, etc.  Is it possible or likely that I had HCV even then and it affected my son?  Most of my risky behavior was several years later but none of us can ever really know how or when we got this, right?  Does anybody out there have a clue?  I suppose he should just get tested and I should just move on, but I wonder...What are the chances of passing liver disease from mother to child?
