Would welcome some opinions.

Face goes a yellowish colour from time to time
bouts of nausea /headache
slight pain in groin
shivery or hot/flushed for no apparent reason
dullish,slightly heavy ache in lower back
mild flu like symptoms
aching limbs like those when one has flu
tiredness
itchiness- a hard kind of itch.
Strong smelly urine.
The above do not happen all the time but do happen with some frequency.My
wife often comments that my face is yellow and the fact that there are
scratch marks on my body that should not be there(no !my wife and i are not
sex maniacs!)
I would welcome opinions as to whether this is indicative of a liver problem of any kind or reassurance that i am worrying unduly.
