Right Eye "cloudy" and pupil not dialating like the Left Eye

Hello-

Im a 26/F with 20/20 vision my whole life.  About a week and a half ago, I noticed my right eye becoming "cloudy".  I can see everything fine, it just looks dirty.  I then looked at my eyes in the mirror and sometimes (especially in the morning) my right eye wont dialate properly like my left eye does.  I dont feel any pain or pressure, it doesnt feel irritated, its just "cloudy".  Any thoughts?  I have an appt with the eye doctor tomorrow, just trying to get some info.
Thanks!
