i m a professional software engineer.
so i have to sit before the compter for a long time.
my PC is having without protector.

so how long should i take interval and how long should i sit before the PC?

if i have the no substitute for it ... then what should i do for my eye care?

plz help.

take a 5 min break every hour or so and dont look at the computer during that time.  consider a pair of 'computer glasses' to reduce your eyestrain and possibility of increasing myopia...an eyecare professional can help you with this.
