N-acetyl-carnosine instead of surgery?

by Markie769, Apr 16, 2007 12:00AM
What are your thoughts on the use of N-acetyl-carnosine as an alternative to cataract surgery? My opthamologist says I need it in my right eye more than the left, but a recent change in glasses has improved my vision significantly. I am terrified of surgery given the horror stories I am reading on the web.
Thank you for your help.

it doesnt work (IMO, of oourse).  IMO only treatment for cataracts is cataract extraction surgery.
