suffering from karetoconus, using contacts

by na_shalini, Aug 02, 2005 12:00AM
I am suffering from karetoconus in both the eyes. I was told spectecles would not be of much use to me. I am using contacts since 10 years and many times got some kind of infection either because of exessive use of contacts (more than 18hrs in a day) or dust pollution. Can I get any other easy care to my eyes so that the eyes do not degenerate cause of contacts. Is there any latest technology that can cure karetoconus without any side-effects?
