I had catact surgery Thursday. How long before I can use eyemakeup?  It didn't register at the time but I am back to work Monday and don't know if I can use makeup or not!

Most of the post-op instructions that I have seen on various clinic web sites say a minimum of one week, but at least one clinic in AZ says no eye makeup for 6 weeks.  It sounds like 1 week is the minimum.  The instructions from my surgeon say not to rub or press on your eyelids for 4 weeks, so this might affect makeup removal.  I'm a guy, so I cleared the last statement with my wife.  I suspect the AZ clinic is thinking of the removal.
