Post scleral buckle, some strange floaters !

Thank you for taking my question. Localised scleral buckle, left eye was done 8/23/06. Two followups showed that the buckle did not fill the hole. Was told to wait and see if the fluid in that area would be absorbed and then see if the retina repaired, if not I will have laser treatment, will go to the clinic next week.

Now I have floaters which resemble clusters of fungal spores, only seen in dim light. Begining to see a few in the right eye.

Is not changed by blinking. Wonder if this could be caused by eyeliner ? No eye discharge, mild redness since post surgery, no other problems.

Will greatly appreciate your opinion. Thank you.

unlikely to be eyeliner.  more likely to be something inside of your eye, and thus a resukt of the surgery or a complication.

How can this be diagnosed, and what is the treatment.
